2022 prices and availability
Prices are per apartment per week and include all bed linen
NOTE* Please check availability for Flats 1 to 5 during winter months
The terms above include all bed linen.
Short breaks available with minimum stay of two nights.
No short breaks available between July 14th until September 1st unless advertised in special offers
Terms and conditions
The person making the booking must be aged 18 years old or over.
We do not accept multiple bookings of single sex persons, hen or stag parties.
Upon acceptance of a booking we require a deposit of one third of the total holiday cost. This can be made by cheque, bacs or PayPal.
If a booking is made within six weeks of the holiday commencement full payment in advance is required at the time of booking.
The balance of your holiday is due three weeks before your arrival.
On receipt of this payment your arrival times and instructions for collecting your keys will be given.
The deposit paid on any booking is non refundable.
All guests are required to have holiday insurance in place.
If you do have to cancel your holiday and have paid in full, but do not have insurance, we will endeavour to re-let the apartment on your behalf.
If successful we will refund less your deposit any monies paid by the new client. Please note this may be less than you have paid initially. The accommodation will normally be discounted for a late booking.
Under no circumstances may any additional persons not named on the booking occupy any of our apartments.
It is your responsibility to take care of the accommodation and leave it clean and tidy upon departure.
On the day of departure please observe the checkout time of 10am unless otherwise arranged with the proprietor.
Guests are responsible for both sets of keys given on arrival
Any lost keys will incur a replacement cost of £5.00 per set.
All guests are asked to be considerate of others are not make any unreasonable noise late at night or when departing early in the morning.
If you plan to arrive after 6pm its important to contact the proprietor so arrangements can be made for you to collect your keys.
Wi-Fi is free and an access code is supplied on arrival. No responsibility is taken for variation in speed or connection.
Vehicles are parked entirely at your own risk with one space allocated per flat. For additional vehicles there is unrestricted parking on the street throughout Cliff Road.
All of your electricity is provided in the tariff. Central heating is proved during the cooler months, however additional electric radiators are provided for use at your own discretion all year round.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING.
