Apartments We have five apartments arranged on the first and second floors. Each provides complete privacy and is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. All the apartments are bright, well decorated and centrally heated, with some offering spectacular sea views. For the comfort of all we operate a No Smoking policy throughout the building. Parking is provided for up to four cars, with the facilities for on road parking at the front. We are inspected annually by South West Tourism on behalf of the English Tourism Council and are proud to achieve 3 stars.

Apartment Details Flat one Has exceptional sea views being on the second floor. It will sleep up to four persons. Accommodation comprises of full size kitchen with table and chairs, electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave and a good range of cooking equipment. Guests have a lovely sea view of Paington beach and harbour from this room. A twin bedroom again with great views. Bathroom and toilet. The lounge offers extra sleeping for two on a bed settee. Colour tv and another sofa. Once more great sea views across Roundham Bay. Flat two Self contained sleeping two persons. This flat offers a shower and toilet, double bedroom with a nice sea view across Roundham. Lounge with colour tv and comfy chairs, breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen leads from the lounge with full facilities, cooker, fridge and microwave. A nice bright and comfortable flat with views across to the pitch and putt course. Flat three Self contained sleeping two persons, very similar in layout to flat two but with different views across to Paignton beach from the bedroom . shower and toilet, double bedroom, lounge and fully equipped kitchen Flats 1,2,and 3 are approached internally on the second floor via a flight of stairs. First floor accommodation Flat four Entrance hall leading into the lounge A bright front facing flat with table and chairs.in the bay window.colour tv and comfy chairs. Double bedroom. Kitchen with cooker fridge and microwave. This flat is doesn't offer any sea views only a sea peep from the kitchen window!! Flat five Has two bedrooms and sleeps up to three persons. A lounge with colour tv settee and chairs and a small view of Paignton beach. A good size kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave.A large window gives a nice view of Roundham bay. Two bedrooms one a twin room and the other a single. Shower and toilet. Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement but must not be left unsupervised (deposit required and refunded upon your return home)
