Stanley house is a large detached house with the accommodation spread out over two floors.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION TO LET.
Flats 1 to 5
Flats 1 to 5 are approached via an external staircase to the side of the house from the driveway. Parking is available in our private car park and ONE space is allocated to each flat. There is unrestricted on road parking directly outside for any additional cars.
Wheelchair access is not possible to these flats due to restricted door widths and stairs.
A lift is not installed at the property.
Mains operated smoke detectors with battery back up are installed in each flat and throughout the property.
WE OPERATE A NON SMOKING POLICY THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING WHICH MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.
